The bioimage analysis supports within the CellNetworks Math-Clinic are provided by Qi Gao and Dr Carlo Beretta.

The bioimage analysis team offers support to Heidelberg University members through:

• One-to-One individual appointment to help life scientists identify the best strategy to quantify simple and complex biological data

• Courses and workshops to foster higher standards in data quantification and analysis

Within our main services we include:

• Image analysis techniques (e.g., 2D/3D cell counting, image segmentation)
• Software and plugins usage
• Programming languages
• Script/macro writing (e.g., ImageJ/Fiji)
• Workflow design and buildup
• User-specific analysis tools/code deliverables
